WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR LESSONS?
CONTROLLER LESSONS - CONTROLLER, LAPTOP, ALL NECESSARY CABLES/CONNECTIONS. DJ SOFTWARE INSTALLED AND MUSIC DOWNLOADED PRIOR TO CLASS.. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING HEADPHONES. ENERGY & YOUR DJ NAME ARE REQUIRED!

ARE THERE ITEM RESTRICTIONS?
No outside food and/or pets (other than service animals).

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO ATTEND A LESSON?
The recommended age for lessons and sessions is age 9+. We've noticed pre-teens tend to have the necessary hand-eye coordination and ability to hear and count beats. 

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN ATTEND A SIPNSCRATCH?
Due to space and covid restrictions we limit the number of guests to (4) four.  SIPNSCRATCH is normally for two guests with each guest having their own set of turntables. The experience is interactive. We want all guests to have time with the turntables. With 3 or 4  guests you will have to share. 
 
CANCELLATIONS & MISSED CLASSES POLICY:
WE UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS WHICH MAY CAUSE YOU TO MISS A CLASS, LESSON OR SESSION.  
NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED SIPNSCRATCH SESSIONS HOWEVER YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESCHEDULE AT A LATER DATE (7) SEVEN DAYS AFTER YOUR INITIAL SESSION. SIPNSCRATCH sessions are TRANSFERABLE to other guests. ALL GUESTS MUST PURCHASE A SESSION TO ATTEND.  
   
MISSED 6-WEEK SESSIONS/LESSONS- WE ALLOW STUDENTS TO MISSED ONE CLASS PER 6 WEEK SESSION. THE MISSED CLASS WILL BE ADDED TO THE END OF THE SIX WEEK SESSION. 

MISSED PRIVATE LESSONS WILL BE RESCHEDULED 7 DAYS AFTER THE INITIAL DATE AND ONLY ONE SESSION IS ALLOWED FOR RESCHEDULING. WE DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMODATE YOUR SCHEDULE.

WHERE IS SCRATCH OUT LOUD LOCATED?
We are located in Atlanta's downtown Castleberry arts district inside Koncept House (www.koncepthouse.com), steps from Mercedes Benz Stadium. Free parking is available in the rear of the building. Please check the State Farm Arena & Mercedes Benz Stadium calendars for possible traffic delays from sporting events or concerts, etc. 

WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?
No food vendors will be on-site. We will provide complimentary beverages wine/beer (21+ up) and water.

ARE MASKS REQUIRED?
Masks are not required but are encouraged. This is also up to the discretion of your instructor.
